In this friendly, fun workshop, you will be able to free yourself up, let go of your inhibitions and
respond personally to what is in front of you.
During the morning there will be a series of exercises, exploring colour, rhythm, and composition, as well as the opportunity to play with different combinations of materials and techniques.
In the afternoon you will be supported in composing a finished artwork on quality paper, to take home and inspire you, or frame for your wall. This workshop is suitable for anyone wanting to reconnect with their inner artist, further their observational and mixed media skills or indulge in art purely for wellbeing and mindfulness.
