Rose Allinson
B.A.Hons, PGCE, MA
Co-owner of Ten2, Rose brings wide-ranging experience and deep creative know-how. She leads our Drawing and Painting classes and holds both a BA and MA from Birmingham’s renowned School of Jewellery. Rose has taught at the School and across local schools and colleges.

Claire Botterill
B.A.Hons
Claire is a dedicated tutor, full of enthusiasm for developing student’s skills, knowledge and confidence whilst having fun in a relaxed atmosphere. She is a graduate of De Montfort University, where she studied ceramics. Claire is is an award winning painter who exhibits widely.

Jane Lappage
We’re excited to welcome Jane Lappage to Ten2Gallery!
Owner of Calligraphy Arts, Jane brings passion and years of experience, making calligraphy fun and approachable for all. A modern calligraphy specialist, she guides left- and right-handers alike in mastering fine-point nibs, gold leaf, and flowing flourishes.

Kate Nuttal
SBA, SBA Dip Dist
Kate is a passionate botanical artist with a Distinction from the Society of Botanical Artists’ Diploma Course. A full member since 2008, she’s been teaching ever since, sharing her skills and love of painting. Kate also exhibits each year at the Society’s Open Exhibition in London.

Kirsty Whitrow
BA Hons
A fine art graduate from Leicester, Kirsty creates large-scale school and hospital projects and leads mosaic and mixed media workshops across Leicestershire. We’re thrilled to have her on our tutor team!

Jean Savage
Lisa Jean is a Leicestershire weaver who has a whole range of experience in weaving - small domestic size weaving projects to much larger sculptural forms.

Kate Johnson
Kate is an artist and designer based in the Leicestershire countryside, with a love for sharing her skills. She holds degrees in Printed Textiles and History of Art and Design, and teaches part-time at De Montfort University. Her background includes work in wallpaper and fashion print design, as well as roles with Leicestershire Museum Service and in art and design education. Kate’s style is fluid, expressive, and playful across a mix of media. She’s all about making creativity fun and helping others shine.

Chris Rogers
Chris is a self-taught artist based in rural Leicestershire. With a background in graphic design and illustration, she’s explored many creative paths but now focuses on painting – especially in soft pastels. Her work, inspired by the countryside, features landscapes and animals. Chris has exhibited locally, takes commissions, and has taught art since 2007.
